There is no one more genuine than Shad. He truly believes in the best of people and looks out for his family, friends, and clients. Shad is a people person and makes sure those he works with feel valued and are getting the best deal possible. He is honest and transparent in his work. Shad is dedicated to providing the best service and experience possible. Shad lives by the saying “variety is the spice of life.” He won’t be caught with the same drink or watching the same movie twice. He lives life to the max and can often be caught in a dad joke or silly pun. He turns even the worst of situations into a positive moment.

Shad loves agriculture, tractors, trucks, cars, basketball, and football. He enjoys hands-on projects and witnessing the fruits of his labors. On weeknights, you can find him in a gym playing pickup ball or playing in various basketball leagues in the area.

Shad is a family man. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing games and teaching his son & dog new tricks. He is a major “foodie” and enjoys trying various restaurants, foods, or recipes with his wife.

Originally from Oakley, Idaho, AJ recently moved to Burley in 2021 and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. He served a two-year mission in Puerto Rico, which gave him a unique perspective, fluency in spanish, and an appreciation for diverse cultures. He has already proven himself to be a driven and passionate insurance agent. AJ is a graduate of Utah State University with a degree in international Agri-business, and he is passionate about the agricultural industry. When he’s not hard at work, you can find him indulging in his hobbies of golfing and snowmobiling.

One of the most exciting things about AJ is that he has five beautiful children - four daughters and one son! As a proud dad, he knows how important it is to balance work and family life. AJ is currently coaching golf at Oakley High School, where he gets to share his passion for the sport with the next generation. We are thrilled to have him on board, and we can't wait to see all the amazing things he will accomplish here.

In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids. They love to go camping, swimming, play sports, and relax together. He is also actively involved in coaching his kids in local city sporting events, as well as participating in local community service. He is committed to setting a positive example for others and strives to make an impact in the community and beyond. 

As an insurance agent with over 10 years of industry experience, Dustin is passionate about helping people protect themselves, their families, and their assets from unexpected events. He takes a personalized approach to insurance, taking time to understand each client’s unique needs and tailoring policies accordingly. Based in the Burley/Rupert area he has worked with a diverse range of clients. He is proficient in writing policies for all lines of insurance, however, he specializes in health insurance.

Overall, Dustin is a dedicated and knowledgeable insurance expert, with a passion for helping people protect what matters most. He looks forward to working with you to find the insurance solutions that meet your needs.

Dawn is one of our licensed insurance agents. She moved here in 1979 and also graduated from local Minico High School. Dawn has been working in the insurance industry and delivering for her clients for 31 years!

She really enjoys the her clients and making sure her people are taken care of by their insurance coverage.

She and her husband of 41 years have two children and two grandchildren. Their family shares a passion for rodeo and team roping and regularly compete. Dawn also is a 4H leader here in Minidoka County.

One of the many things we love about working with Dawn is she is always brightening up the office with fun, seasonal decorations.
